I research how the brain processes emotion material, and develop paradigms capable of measures reliable down to individual trials and participants. This is important because debilitating emotional experiences are a foundational aspect of many psychiatric disorders that are not well understood or measured. I am proficient with simultaneously recorded EEG, MEG, fMRI, pupil, heart rate, and skin conductance analyzed with computational models.
