I am a postdoctoral researcher in cognitive and social neuroscience interested in how higher-order cognitive processes shape perception. I completed my PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Leipzig and the Max-Planck-Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. My work lies at the intersection of cognitive and social neuroscience and developmental psychology. I combine EEG and eye-tracking methods to investigate the neural dynamics underlying visual perception, social cognition and learning across development. I am also highly interested in developing and validating methods to quantify human brain activity.
